Privacy Policy

Ledger Loop · last updated 25 June 2026

Ledger Loop ("the app") is a private integration operated by OverGeek that copies transaction data from a single Stripe account into a single QuickBooks Online company. This policy explains what data it handles.

What we process

How we use it

Solely to create matching accounting records in your QuickBooks Online company. We do not sell, rent, or share this data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Storage & security

OAuth tokens and the sync ledger are stored in a private database on infrastructure controlled by the operator. Access is restricted to the operator. Credentials are supplied via environment variables, not stored in source code.

Third parties

The app communicates only with Stripe and Intuit (QuickBooks Online), the two services it connects. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies.

Retention & deletion

Data is retained while the integration is in use. Disconnecting the app in QuickBooks revokes its access; the local data can be deleted on request by removing the application's data volume.
