This Agreement governs your use of Ledger Loop ("the app"), a private integration operated by OverGeek that synchronises Stripe transactions into QuickBooks Online.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app to sync your own Stripe and QuickBooks Online accounts.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your accounting records, for keeping your credentials secure, and for complying with the terms of Stripe and Intuit and with applicable laws and tax obligations. You should review records the app creates in QuickBooks for correctness.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. It is not accounting, tax, or financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or accounting discrepancies arising from use of the app.
You may stop using the app at any time by disconnecting it in QuickBooks. The licence terminates automatically if you breach this Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia.
